Refund & Cancellation Policy

The AntiAlias Library offers a weekly subscription for full reading access to all publications in the online reader. The subscription auto-renews every 7 days at ₹169 (or the current published rate), charged in INR via Razorpay.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full reading access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period that has already been charged.

After cancellation: Your subscription access ends at the close of the current period. Free preview access (first chapter of every book) remains available indefinitely on your account. Any lifetime access you have purchased is also unaffected by subscription cancellation.

Payment failure: If a weekly renewal payment fails, Razorpay will automatically retry. If retries are exhausted, the subscription will be paused or cancelled. You will receive an email if this occurs.

Lifetime access to individual publications is a one-time purchase granting permanent reading access inside the AntiAlias Library reader. Prices vary per book and are displayed in USD at checkout; payments are charged in INR at the equivalent rate.

Because lifetime access is delivered immediately upon purchase, it is generally non-refundable. Refunds for lifetime access purchases may be considered in limited circumstances:

• Duplicate payment for the same book on the same account
• Failed payment debit without access being granted
• Technical non-delivery that cannot be resolved after support review

Contact support within 7 days of purchase if you believe any of the above applies.

One-time purchases grant permanent reading access to a specific publication inside the AntiAlias Library reader. Because digital reading access is delivered immediately, these purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

• Duplicate payment for the same publication
• Failed payment debit without access being granted
• Wrong publication delivered
• Technical non-delivery that cannot be resolved after support review

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant charge. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered except where required by applicable law.

If a refund request is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5 to 7 business days after approval, depending on your bank and Razorpay timelines.

All publications are available exclusively inside the AntiAlias Library online reader. No PDF, EPUB, or downloadable file is provided with any subscription or purchase.
