General rule for digital products
Because the products sold through The AntiAlias Library are digital publications, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered by email or a download link has been issued.
When refunds may be considered
Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payment for the same order
- Failed payment debit without successful order completion
- Wrong product delivered
- Technical non-delivery that cannot be resolved after support review
Refund request timeline
Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, except for duplicate payment, failed payment debit, wrong product delivery, or unresolved technical non-delivery. Customers should contact support within 7 days of payment.
Approval and processing timeline
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5 to 7 business days after approval, depending on banking and payment processor timelines.
Cancellation policy
