By accessing this website, submitting inquiries, requesting preview material, or purchasing digital publications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any related policies referenced on the website.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website in any way that causes harm to Antialias Ventures Private Limited, its users, or its systems.

The AntiAlias Library offers a recurring weekly subscription that grants full reading access to all publications in the online reader. By subscribing, you authorise Antialias Ventures Private Limited to charge your payment method weekly via Razorpay at the published subscription rate (currently ₹169/week or as displayed at checkout).

Your subscription continues until you cancel it. You may cancel at any time from your account. Access continues to the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for an already-charged period.

Subscription pricing may change. We will provide reasonable notice of any price change. Continued subscription after the change date constitutes acceptance.

The AntiAlias Library also offers one-time lifetime access purchases for individual publications, granting permanent reading access inside the online reader. Product details, pricing, and access terms are described on the relevant product pages and form part of these Terms.

All publications are available exclusively inside the AntiAlias Library online reader. No PDF, EPUB, or downloadable file is provided with any subscription or purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, digital publications are licensed to the purchaser for personal use or internal learning use within their own organisation. The purchase does not transfer intellectual property ownership.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files
• Upload the files to public drives, public repositories, or public forums
• Republish, reproduce, or commercially exploit the publications without written permission

All website content, publications, text, graphics, design systems, brand assets, and related materials are owned by or licensed to The AntiAlias under the brandAntialias Ventures Private Limited. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Subscription prices are billed in INR via Razorpay. Lifetime access and one-time purchase prices may be displayed in USD for reference but are always charged in INR at the equivalent rate shown at checkout. Pricing may be updated with reasonable notice; changes will not affect a subscription period already paid or an order already placed. Any applicable taxes will be charged as required by law.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Subscriptions are activated only after successful payment verification by Razorpay. One-time orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

For subscriptions, reading access is activated immediately upon successful payment verification. For one-time purchases, reading access is granted immediately after payment confirmation and remains available inside the AntiAlias Library reader. No downloadable files are provided.

Refund and cancellation terms for digital publications are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. By purchasing a digital publication, you agree to that policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The AntiAlias is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of website use, digital publication purchases, delayed delivery, or technical interruptions beyond reasonable control.

We may update product details, pricing, these Terms, and related policies from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
