The AntiAlias Library offers paid downloadable digital publications. Product details, format, pricing, and delivery terms are described on the relevant product pages and form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, digital publications are licensed to the purchaser for personal use or internal learning use within their own organisation. The purchase does not transfer intellectual property ownership.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files
• Upload the files to public drives, public repositories, or public forums
• Republish, reproduce, or commercially exploit the publications without written permission

All website content, publications, text, graphics, design systems, brand assets, and related materials are owned by or licensed to The AntiAlias under the brandAntialias Ventures Private Limited. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

All listed prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. Pricing may be updated without notice, but changes will not affect an order already successfully placed. Any applicable taxes will be charged as required by law.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment verification.

Digital products are delivered by email and/or secure download link after successful payment confirmation. Delivery timing is described in the Shipping / Digital Delivery Policy.

Refund and cancellation terms for digital publications are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. By purchasing a digital publication, you agree to that policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The AntiAlias is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of website use, digital publication purchases, delayed delivery, or technical interruptions beyond reasonable control.

We may update product details, pricing, these Terms, and related policies from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
